Welcome to the official website of Young Urban Professionals of Eastern North Carolina (YUP ENC). By accessing this site, purchasing a membership, donating, or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Terms

Membership Activation:
A membership is considered active once full payment has been received and processed. Active members are entitled to all member benefits as outlined by YUP ENC at the time of purchase.

Membership Renewal & Status:
Memberships are valid for one year from the date of activation. Renewal reminders may be sent via email. If not renewed, a member will be considered inactive but may renew at any time to regain active status.

Cancellations & Refunds:

• Memberships may be canceled at any time by the member via written request.
• Refunds are not provided once the renewal date has passed.
• No partial refunds will be given for unused portions of a membership.
• Canceling a membership will not affect benefits until the current membership term expires.

2. Event Tickets & Attendance

YUP ENC reserves the right to change, cancel, or postpone events. In the case of a canceled event, refunds or credits may be offered at the discretion of the organization.

3. Merchandise Refund Policy

We want you to love what you order! If you're not satisfied with your merchandise, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Donations & Tax Information

YUP ENC is a registered nonprofit organization.

• Donations made through our site or at events are non-refundable.
• Upon request, we will provide tax-deductible donation letters and our EIN (Employer Identification Number)for tax reporting purposes.
• To request a donation letter, email info@yup-enc.org with the full name and amount donated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, text, graphics, event photos, and program materials — is the property of YUP ENC unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

6. Privacy & Data Collection

By using this site or submitting any form, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your information. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data usage and rights.

7. Updates to These Terms

YUP ENC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
